Samaná

Las Terrenas and Samaná stand out for their natural scenery, beaches, mountains, and less developed corners of the Dominican Caribbean. The region offers boat excursions, snorkeling, diving, visits to remote beaches, waterfalls, nature parks, and nature-based experiences. It’s also one of the country’s main areas for seasonal activities such as whale watching and for discovering places such as Cayo Levantado, Rincón Beach, and Los Haitises.
